Welcome to the PRV Network !!

The Rational Grazing Voisin Network (RPRV) is built by its members and coordinated by the members of the core of PRV. The project consists of the formation of a contact group, which will be carried out in different ways, such as a group on Facebook, Telegram, email and even online meetings. The Facebook and Telegram groups will serve for interactions between participants on reports of experiences, doubts, research, ideas, among other topics related to PRV. In the email network, the network moderators will share events, newsletters, courses, among others, for all participants. There will also be monthly meetings on a specific PRV topic on the Google Meet platform.

Goals

This project aims to articulate a network of contacts to promote PRV as a sustainable technology, through the creation of a database with information from people interested in Pastoring Racional Voisin and in Agroecology, and who apply this model in their daily lives . Once created, this tool will contribute to promote the dissemination and sharing of research results and experiences in the area, among farmers, technicians, managers, researchers, teachers and students who work in the area or are interested in the theme of agroecological management of pastures .

The specific objectives are:
– Identify, gather and systematize contacts of actors involved with the PRV and Agroecology;
– Establish, with these actors, a network to promote the PRV that communicates and interacts regularly through mainly the internet;
– Gather and systematize technical and scientific information resulting from research and experiences with agroecological management of pastures, evaluate results of the PRV;
– Contribute to the dissemination of knowledge on agroecological management of pastures;
– Promote the integration and exchange of experiences among the participants;
– Promote research in partnership with members of the network;
– Create a reference pole for area enthusiasts through a website on the topic with a regular electronic distribution newsletter;
